1. Information You Provide

• Account information, such as your email or Apple sign-in identifier and any profile details.

• Content you submit, including text prompts and the photos/images you upload or capture for generation.

• Generated content produced for you.

• Purchase information processed by Apple (we receive confirmation of transactions, not your full payment-card details).

2. Information Collected Automatically

• Device and app data, such as device model, OS version, app version, and identifiers.

• Usage data, such as features used, generations created, and diagnostics/crash logs.

• Push-notification tokens, if you enable notifications.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to: provide and operate the Service (including generating your images and videos); process subscriptions and credits; secure the Service and prevent abuse; provide support; send service and (where permitted) notification messages; analyze and improve the Service; and comply with legal obligations.

4. AI Processing & Service Providers

To generate Output, your prompts and uploaded images are transmitted to and processed by third-party AI model providers and our cloud infrastructure and hosting providers acting on our behalf. These providers process your content to perform the generation and operate the Service. We also use Apple for payment processing and may use analytics/crash-reporting providers. These parties may process your information under their own terms and privacy policies.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: service providers and processors (as in Section 4) under appropriate obligations; authorities or others when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect rights, safety, and security; and a successor entity in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you may be used and shared freely.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Generated content and inputs may be stored to operate features (such as your Library) and may be deleted when you delete the content or your account, subject to backups and legal requirements.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact legal@twisty.app. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You can control notifications and photo access in your device settings.

9. Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting legal@twisty.app or using the in-app "Delete account" option in Settings, which removes your account and data from our service. Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention and record-keeping).

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

11. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including where our providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers as required by law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted in the app or otherwise communicated. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
